Sent to Me, Receiving Budget Copies

To keep data secure when receiving budgets from other Movie Magic Budgeting users the system uses a peer-to-peer system as a replacement to emailing Budget files.

Viewing your Sent to Me list

When you receive a budget copy from a colleague you will receive an email notification from Entertainment Partners. To see the budgets that you have received:

• Open the Open Budgets screen
• Click Sent to Me in the left-rail
  • The New badge will tell you if you have unopened budgets that have been received
• Click the email address of the user who has sent you a budget
  • The email address will have a blue dot next to it to indicate any unopened budgets
• Select and open any budget in the displayed folder on the right
  • Budgets that have not been opened will have a blue dot next to their name

Note: You can treat budgets in the Sent to Me section just like any budget in your library, but it's easier to organize and keep track of changes to budgets if you use the Move Budget feature to push that budget into My Projects.
